My name is Bijal Trivedi, and I have been teaching yoga for the past 8 years.

My mission is to bring yoga and Ayurveda into every home so that people can maintain their health and fitness in the long run.

I have trained 500+ students and helped them adopt a healthier lifestyle.

I offer online and offline yoga classes, therapy yoga, Ayurveda diet therapy, prenatal yoga, weight loss yoga, and power yoga.

I believe that yoga is not just an exercise but a way of life that helps improve physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
